Banana Ice Cream

  1. Slice bananas into pieces. Freeze until solid.
  2. Place the frozen banana slices into a food processor. Let the food processor go until the bananas start to break apart and then finally come together into a creamy mixture.
  3. You can serve it right away and it will have the texture of soft serve ice cream, or you can place it in the freezer to harden to the consistency that you like.
