simple syrup, if needed (1/2 cup sugar, ¼ cup water)
Instructions
Chop the mango, pineapple and kiwis.
Place all the chopped fruit as well as the blueberries in a large bowl. Mix to combine.
If your fruit is very ripe and sweet, you won't need any additional sugar. However, if your fruit isn't sweet enough, make a simple syrup by boiling the sugar and water in a small saucepan until the sugar melts. Cool the syrup and add as much as needed.
Store the fruit salad in the refrigerator.
