Notes
Segmenting the Oranges & Grapefruit: The membrane and pith of grapefruit can be quite bitter, so I highly recommend segmenting the grapefruit for a much sweeter, more enjoyable bite. If you're short on time or don’t mind a little extra bitterness, feel free to skip segmenting the oranges—just peel and chop them up!
Honey: If you’re using really sweet citrus, you can skip the honey altogether. Let the natural sweetness of the fruit shine through!
Prep Ahead & Storage Tips: You can prep the citrus fruits in advance and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just add the mint and honey right before serving for the freshest flavor. Give the salad a gentle stir if it’s been sitting, as the honey might settle at the bottom.
