Have you ever been frustrated trying to cut a cheesecake into slices? The cake sticks to the knife and when you try to take the knife out of the cake, part of the cake comes off with the knife. The slice is jaggedy, ugly and the more you cut, the more it clumps to the knife.
Here’s an easy tip. Fill a pitcher, large glass or even a canning jar with hot warm. Dip your knife into the water, cut a slice of cake and wipe off the excess on a towel. Repeat with each slice.
So simple but the results are wonderful – beautiful, even slices. Try it out:).
