This Sausage Broccoli Pasta is a quick and delicious weeknight meal, combining savory sausage, fresh vegetables, and herbs in a light, flavorful broth. Toss with your favorite pasta for a flavor-packed dinner.

Sausage, Peppers and Broccoli With Pasta-1-9

If you're looking for a quick, easy, and absolutely delicious dinner, this Sausage Broccoli Pasta is the answer. It’s one of those meals that’s packed with flavor but doesn’t require hours of prep or cooking time. I love how the savory sausage, crisp broccoli, and fresh herbs come together to create a dish that’s both satisfying and light.

Sausage can sometimes feel a little heavy in a pasta dish, but with the addition of a light broth and plenty of veggies, this meal is anything but. The fresh tomatoes tossed in at the end add a burst of juiciness and a fresh pop of flavor that really elevates the whole dish. The best part? You can use whatever pasta you have on hand—spaghetti, penne, rigatoni, you name it. It all works perfectly here. Sautéing the sausage and then adding in the onions, peppers, broccoli, and tomatoes creates a beautiful flavor base that pairs wonderfully with the pasta. It's a total flavor explosion that comes together in no time, making it the perfect weeknight meal when you want something homemade but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.

This Sausage Broccoli Pasta is sure to become a weeknight favorite, combining comfort and freshness in every bite.

You can use any sausage that you like, Diane. It really doesn't matter what kind you use. It's a matter of preference.
I personally like pork sausage. Sometimes I get Italian sausage and other times Polish sausage.

I made this tonight and it was super good and easy. My husband approved, which is very important, lol.
I made few changes and used chicken breast instead.
    Thank you so much Olga!
