Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups cauliflower florets

1 medium red bell pepper

1 pint grape tomatoes

1/2 lb bologna

3 hard boiled eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

salt, pepper


Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite size florets. 
  2. Cut the pepper into small chunks. 
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half, or keep them whole, it’s up to you. 
  4. Cut the bologna into small chunks. 
  5. Coarsely chop the eggs. 
  6. Mix all the ingredients together with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  7. Keep the salad refrigerated.
